Re: remote shutter release problems i did a google search on mmlite cr-tr3n, mmlite, and cr-tr3n and came up basically empty. i did find one listing for a commlite cr-tr3n from newfrog.com, so perhaps this is the unit.. D3300 live view, shutter speed problem apr 30, 2016 i talked with the nikon rep, because the nikon d3300 uses a different metering and exposure system so you need to set them before enter into live view or you might just want to use the viewfinder.. Nikon d3300 - shutter release button started nov 3, 2014 i just purchased a nikon d3300. i read about aperture, shutter speed, iso and all that stuff but still taking pictures in auto mode. it now clicks and takes the picture. the problem is, sometimes, when i press the button the first half, it focuses but when i press the remaining.
I own a nikon d3300, its just 3 months old now i finally came to know that it iis suffering from shutter problem. i dont know how that problem arose i am just getting half black images at high shutter speed >1/2000 i just wanted to know how much would the repair cost?? if the nikon service centre rejects its warranty.... Hi there. i m having a problem with my nikon d3300 dslr. i use it a lot for video and photos. i went to take a photo one day and the shutter speed was operating way slower than it typically does. even if i bump up the shutter speed to 1/200 or higher it sounds like the shutter is opening and closing at 1/25 or less.. My nikon d40x was so old, it wasn't worth paying nikon lots of money to fix it. i took it apart and fixed it myself. it may work with other nikon models like the d60..
